1. Dispatch Time

We usually dispatch all orders within 2 working days after order confirmation. In exceptional situations, dispatch may take slightly longer. But we ensure the order is dispatched at the earliest possible working day, keeping customer satisfaction our priority. You will receive a tracking ID via Email once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the courier’s service.
  • Express delivery (via DTDC) is available for urgent orders at an additional charge of ₹150.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. There may be delays due to public holidays, weather conditions, festivals, or courier-related issues which are beyond our control.

3. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners: Indian Speed Post and DTDC to ensure safe and reliable delivery across India.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charge: ₹65
  • Express Delivery (via DTDC): ₹150 (available for all orders; free shipping offer does not apply)
  • Orders above ₹799 qualify for Free Shipping.

5. Express Delivery

  • Express delivery is available at an additional charge of ₹150 via DTDC.
  • Home delivery may not be available in all locations.
  • In such cases, you can collect your order directly from the courier office.
  • Free shipping offers do not apply to express delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not available at the moment. All orders must be prepaid through secure and trusted payment partners.

7. Order Tracking & Failed Deliveries

  • You will receive a tracking ID after your order is shipped. Use tracking ID on the courier partner’s website to track your order.
  • Please ensure that someone is available to collect the order at the time of delivery. If the order is not collected and returned to us, you will need to pay the shipping charge again for resending.
