Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

    • Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
    • A return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
    • An unboxing video (without pause or cut) is mandatory for claims. Complaints without an opening video will not be considered.
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
    • Refunds are processed only after verification.

    • Order ID.
    • Opening / unboxing video.
    • Clear photos of the damaged product.

    Refund Process

    • Once the damage is verified, we will offer a replacement (depending on stock availability) or refund.
    • Refunds will be processed after verification.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Exchange Policy

    • Exchange is applicable only for damaged items and subject to stock availability.
    • No exchanges for change of mind, design preference, or size issues.

    Important Notes

    No return, refund, or exchange for:

    • Items without an opening video.
    • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
