Is Express delivery available?
Yes, Express Delivery is available for urgent orders via DTDC at an additional charge of ₹150.
Please note that home delivery may not be available in all locations. In such cases, you can collect your order directly from the courier office. Free shipping offers do not apply to express delivery.
Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery is not available at this moment. All orders are processed through secure and trusted prepaid payment partners.
When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
We dispatch all orders within 2 working days after placing order.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only for DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, and the request must be made within 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY WITH AN UNBOXING VIDEO FOR VERIFICATION.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
